The hotel is a charming Alpine chalet, 3 km away from the bustle of downtown in an old village site of Valtournenche in the woods of larch and snowy meadows.
We have a practical and efficient shuttle service: 2 Land Rover from nine seats each, lead our customers when there is a demand, in front of the main cable car in 5 minutes and they will go to pick them up at the end of the day, following a telephone call .
We have a large car park where our guests can forget the car until the day of their departure.
Superior rooms have just been completely renovated, all in an elegant larch paneling, with toilet and faucets designed by Philip Stark faucets and Arne Jacobsen, TV theatre Lcd, Stereo Hi-Fi, minibar, the suites also have Jacuzzi baths.
The standard of these rooms is definitely 4 star.
The standard rooms are comfortable and romantic, all have telephone, LCD television with DVD built into the wall, the safe, and in the bathroom and hairdryer scaldapanni, on the walls there are posters vintage posters, prints and paintings subjects with Alpine.
The wellness center, minimalist and warm at the same time, is in a winter garden with large windows and is equipped with a sauna with an external view, heated by an original Finnish burning stove, a large Jacuzzi for 8 people from which you can admire the surrounding mountains and 2 Technogym fitness equipment.
In the bar, in front of a beautiful stone fireplace, in a familiar atmosphere, you can hear symphonic music, opera, jazz and popular and you can taste herbal teas harvested in the mountains and all the specialties of international drinks.
But what has made us known and cited by major tourist guides is still the cuisine, thanks to which we are in the Michelin Gastronomic Guide, Espresso, Gambero Rosso, Veronelli.
The winery has won the Martini prize in 1996 for Best Martini winery of the region.
The hotel, which is known for its warm and welcoming, has also won in 1995 the first category prize for the best breakfast in Italy with 10 and more home-made jams, with black bread and the rye, the homemade cakes.
Our hotel is a marriage between technology and tradition: we have a broadband connection wi-fi in all the hotel, a direct link to the coffers of the company that operates ski facilities with the ability to sky pass, and a new heating plant that uses solar energy.
