Nineteenth-century neoclassical villa completely renovated, situated on the promenade of Spotorno.
The hotel has been awarded the label international GREEN KEY, as the first hotel in Italy for the protection of the environment.

The furnishing is in style art deco and Louis Philippe, with large wooden windows, floors in Genoese granite , vaulted ceilings with stucco and capitals, a fresco in one of the residences, the well of fresh water in the lobby.
It has a reception, lobby in art-deco style with original fireplace, vertical piano of the period and TV, elevator, air cooling or heating in all rooms and in the common areas, garden at the entrance with four palms and olive trees, private parking area front of the hotel, car park about 350 m to € 9.00 per day.
Terredimare a quality restaurant, very stylish with dehor and panoramic terrace, traditional cuisine of Liguria; list of oils and balsamic vinegars and desserts.
Bar with wine cellar with 400 labels of Italian wines.
TREATMENT: BB, HB or FB (excluding low season), breakfast buffet 7.00/10.30 with sweets, savory, baked goods, fruits and dairy products, three courses menu with choices of 4 first courses and 4 seconds courses + buffet salads, desserts and fruit.
